We arrived at Lynmouth and after dropping off our
stuff at the North Cliff Hotel (Room 4), we went for the usual walk
along the East Lyn River to Watersmeet.
It was raining lightly and we sat at a table
outside under a large umbrella having tea and cake watching the
chaffinches flit around looking for crumbs.
Afterwards we had a meal in the Crown pub in
Lynton.
